The bulk of music that we play at WIUP comes through promotion groups. We welcome direct submissions from artists as well, but unsolicited submissions must meet the following criteria:

• All songs should be provided in mp3 format, at 256kbps or higher (preferably 320)
• Files should be sent as download links rather than attachments. If you only provide streaming links, we won’t be able to incorporate your tracks into our new music rotation.
• MP3s should be tagged with metadata including artist, song title, and album title.
• Files should be edited and clean for airplay. We do not have the time to make our own edits of your work.
